Bill Becker, President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer

Bill is co-founder, co-owner, president and chief executive officer of Recordsforce, positions he has held since the firm was founded in 2001. Prior to joining Recordsforce, Bill was president of World Wide Sales a San Diego based provider of outsourced business development solutions. At WWS, Bill pioneered web based content management solutions with the development and sales of the OnlineFileCenter in 1997.

Before WWS, Bill was a founding co-owner and president of a microfilming and document imaging service bureau in San Diego. The company specialized in conversion of paper records to microfiche with a computer based index. At the time of Bill’s exit from the company, it was the largest document microfilming service bureau in San Diego.

Bill started his professional career at the then Fortune 500 and world leading microfilm services provider, Anacomp. At Anacomp, Bill learned from the ground up, working in operations as a data entry operator on second shift, a camera operator, film processor, equipment and supply sales rep, and eventually becoming a top performing document management consultant and software sales and implementation specialist responsible for the company’s flagship microforms software product. Bill graduated with his B.S. in Psychology from The College of William and Mary in 1990.

Katja Becker, Chief Financial Officer

Katja is co-founder, co-owner and chief financial officer of Recordsforce, positions she has held since the firm was founded in 2001. Prior to joining Recordsforce, Katja was CFO of World Wide Sales, Inc, a San Diego based provider of outsourced business development solutions. Katja was responsible for all aspects of finance and accounting operations, as well as co-operating the business with her husband, Bill.

Prior to joining WWS, Katja was an administrator at Lidak Pharmaceutical responsible for procurement and accounting operations. Before joining Lidak, Katja worked as a real estate agent with Century 21, in Fort Myers, FL. Katja graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 1990 with a B.A. in Political Science. She received her accounting certification from San Diego State University in 2001.

David Brown, Chief Information Officer

David is the Recordsforce CIO and has been with the organization since it founding in 2001. David has over 20 years experience in Management of Information Technology with a strong focus on document imaging technologies, workflow solutions, Internet software development and web hosting.

Prior to joining Recordsforce, David held a number of technology positions. His most notable successes have come from his work with corporate giants like Kindred Health Care, where David worked as a senior consultant and was subseqently hired as a senior programmer/project manager to redesign and implement an enterprise wide workflow management system. David was a central figure in the early development of online document hosting solutions through his work as co-owner of NextStepSolutions, a California based provider of custom internet software development services. It was at NextStepSolutions that Mr. Brown developed technology that migrated FileNet documents to non-proprietary storage servers and developed the first online mortgage audit program that allowed scanned mortgage loans to be resold via the Internet. David has a rare gift of understanding both business management concerns as well as technology management challenges and helps bridge the gap between technical know how and real world requirements.
